Life at TNEI
staff kept at the heart of our business
TNEI is an Employee Ownership Trust meaning that the people who work in the business directly benefit from and influence the direction and future success of the company.
TNEI has always been proud of its inventive and collaborative culture. That culture is at the heart of its success and ensures innovative and novel approaches to supporting and helping solve challenges facing our client base. An Employee Ownership Trust embodies this company culture in which we all feel responsible for the business’ performance and success.
By remaining independent, the company is able to retain its culture and reputation and allow staff to feel even more connected to the company. 100% employee ownership will support TNEI’s future growth by making it a uniquely attractive destination for the most capable engineers, and in doing so, will help unlock the potential of our people and our business.
Our Values
The TNEI values describe the characteristics in our colleagues and clients that we respect and admire and detail the kind of behaviours and attitudes do we most like to see in ourselves and others. The TNEI values have been used to help describe a ‘TNEI person’. Our values are being embedded into our core systems from new starter induction and appraisal processes to our annual staff awards.
A TNEI Person...
Solves problems by thinking outside of the box
Goes the extra mile for colleagues and clients
Cares about the world around them
Never settles for second best and is always looking to improve
Can be relied upon to do what they say
Our Culture
Culture describes ‘the way things are done here’ and set outs what to expect when you come to work each day. At a Group wide level, we have set out our culture by describing what kind of place TNEI is.
