Quality

At TNEI, quality is very important to us. We currently operate a quality management system that is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. TNEI received accreditation in 2008 and we have been successfully audited annually since then.

Through this system, key business objectives are set, monitored, reviewed and effectively communicated throughout the business so that quality is a key measure of business performance.  Our staff are actively encouraged and supported to adopt a reflective approach to their professional practice, continually mindful of improving both the business and their own professional capability.

We have implemented an Integrated Management System across the TNEI business, covering health and safety (ISO 45001), quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001). We are fully certificated by the British Assessment Bureau (a UKAS certified company).

Peace of mind

We are proud to be members of the Achilles UVDB and Supply-Line communities. This certifies us as having met the pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement. Our credentials have been assessed for environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies. Some of these policies form part of the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire (SQ), which the public sector is expected to comply with.

We are Achilles UVDB Veryfy qualified meaning we have been independently audited in our Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) management systems and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
