In July 2024 we took the whole TNEI team away for 2 days of team building and celebrations as TNEI marks 25 years since it first all begun!
It was an action packed 2 days, kicked off with our AGM hosted by Nigel Tate and Ian Graves.
Once the official stuff was out of the way, it was onto TNEI Sports Day where colleagues competed in the usual suspects; 3-legged race, sack race and the egg and spoon race. Congratulations to the winning team James, Harvey, Stephen, Will, Florence, Martin, Sarah, Zahid, Yueqi and Karen!
We then partied all night with a BBQ & 90’s quiz & disco with outfits to match!
The next day revellers carried on the party with the TNEI in the Park festival where each of our teams had a stand to showcase their work to the rest of the company with activities, competitions and creativity (& it wouldn’t be a festival without a beer tent manned by our expert James Mackay)!
We think most of us have recovered now…keep your eyes peeled for how we plan to celebrate further towards our official anniversary at the end of the year!
