Stephen Marland Appointed Director of Energy Networks at TNEI

TNEI is delighted to announce the promotion of Stephen Marland to Director of Energy Networks at TNEI.

Since joining TNEI in January 2025 as Head of Innovation, Stephen has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and extensive industry expertise.

His appointment to the Executive Team reflects both his achievements to date and the exciting direction of our Energy Networks division.

Stephen previously spent three years as Director for Strategy, Innovation and Product Management at start-up AiDash Inc, and twenty years at National Grid, where he was Director for Innovation.

A Chartered Engineer and Non-Executive Board Advisor, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge in strategy, innovation and energy management.

On his promotion, Stephen said:
