We have decided to simplify our organisation, increase our focus on anticipating customer needs and establish discrete areas of technical excellence. As the result of a carefully considered selection process, I am pleased to announce the appointment offive new Directors:

I am also pleased to confirm that Nilanga Jayawarna will continue as Resources and Operations Director and Nigel Tate (previously our Commercial Director) will take up the new position of CEO to lead the leadership team.
TNEI’s new leadership team will drive the direction of our company, identify new opportunities for growth and lead teams that continue to work on innovative and industry-leading projects with both new and existing clients.
In addition, we recognise that the strength of TNEI is the deep capability of the organisation. To ensure that we don’t lose focus on growing and developing our staff, improving our knowledge and delivering great service, we have introduced the role of Team Manager in some areas. I am pleased to announce the following appointments:
